Contract Extension - Jack Blaney

We are delighted to announce that Jack Blaney has signed a contract extension keeping him at Edinburgh South until the end of the 2026–27 season ✍️

Since joining the club two years ago, Jack’s calming presence, no-nonsense attitude and dominance in the air have been massive for us at South. His composure on the ball and hunger to demand high standards drive the squad forward, both on and off the pitch.

This season alone, Jack has made 19 appearances, scored 4 goals, picked up 2 Man of the Match awards, and been part of 3 clean sheets. The numbers speak for themselves, and underline just how important he is to this side.

We’re absolutely ecstatic to have Jack committed for another season and can’t wait to see him lead the way again next year 🔴⚪️
