Lee Taggart signs on until 2026–27

We are delighted to confirm that Lee Taggart has extended his stay with the club through to the end of the 2026–27 season.

Since arriving just over a year ago, Lee has made a huge impact. The towering defender brings an aerial threat, real pace and all-round defensive quality to the back line.

While this season has unfortunately been disrupted by injuries, he has still made his mark with 13 appearances, 1 goal, 1 assist, 1 Man of the Match award and 2 clean sheets.

It is fantastic to see the young defender commit for another season in a South shirt.
