FULL TIME | Edinburgh South 0-1 Camelon Juniors
A narrow defeat at Paties Road tonight as a second-half strike from the edge of the box proved to be the difference between the sides.
There were plenty of positives to take from the performance. The lads competed well throughout, showed great organisation and work rate, and created a number of promising opportunities that on another night could have changed the outcome.
Despite the result, there were encouraging signs once again as the squad continues to grow together in the early stages of the season. We’ll take the positives, learn from tonight and turn our full focus to Saturday’s home league fixture.
Thank you to everyone who came along to support the team. Your backing is, as always, greatly appreciated.
