Contract Extension - Cammy Young

🔒 CONTRACT EXTENSION

We’re delighted to announce that Cammy Young has agreed a contract extension with Edinburgh South until the end of the 2026/27 season.

Youngy has just completed his second season at the club and has established himself as a mainstay in the side. Defensively, the marauding right back is rarely beaten 1-on-1, with his pace, positioning and reading of the game proving vital throughout the campaign.

At the other end of the park, Youngy is just as influential. His willingness to get forward and deliver dangerous balls into the box gives South another attacking outlet and causes problems for opposition defences.

Despite missing part of the season through injury, Youngy still made 25 appearances, scoring once, providing 2 assists and picking up 1 MOTM award.

We’re looking forward to seeing even more from Youngy next season as he continues his journey with South.
