Match Report Mens Team - Thornton Hibs

Full Time at Paties Road.

A frustrating afternoon as we fall to a narrow 1-0 defeat against Thornton Hibs in a tightly contested game. There was little to separate the sides over the 90 minutes, but a well taken finish following a corner proved to be the difference after we were unable to fully clear our lines.

Plenty of effort and commitment from the boys, but not the result we were after. We regroup and turn our focus to next week’s cup tie against Arniston Rangers.

Everyone at the club sends their best wishes to Garry Thomson at Thornton after a nasty injury in the first half. We hope to see him back soon.
