There were plenty of contenders last night, with every player putting in a strong shift, but Charlie just edges it.

Chaz has been in outstanding form since returning from injury and showed again exactly what he brings to the side. Rock solid defensively, winning his 1v1 battles all night, while also offering real quality going forward. He provided great width, carried an attacking threat, and remained composed on the ball throughout. His ability to retain possession, build attacks and his athleticism made a huge impact on the game.
