After an injury-disrupted pre-season, it was great to see Sully back to his best in last night’s 4–1 win over Armadale Thistle! 👏

Full of trickery and invention, he was a constant threat going forward, opening the scoring before producing a brilliant assist for our second. Having won the ball at an Armadale corner, he drove 50 yards up the park, beat three players and released Carson to finish.

His defensive contribution was just as valuable, with his work rate and aerial ability helping protect South when needed.

A goal, an assist and unfortunate not to add another — a superb all-round performance from our mercurial winger! 🔴⚪
