After last week’s disappointment, the lads bounced back in style with a brilliant performance away to Brechin City on Friday night.

Brechin started strong and moved the ball well, but South defended superbly and always looked dangerous on the break with JC and Conor causing problems down the right.

⚽ JC bulldozed his way through to give South a deserved first-half lead!

After the break, JC was brought down in the box and Joey coolly slotted home the penalty to make it 2–0.

Brechin pulled one back from a free kick late on to set up a nervy finish, but the boys dug deep, showed real character, and saw the game out brilliantly.

A massive shift from everyone in red & black — organised, disciplined, and clinical when it mattered.
